Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our ordering, processing, and shipping Policy.

Shipment Territories ships throughout the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Methods of Distribution

Customer Pick-up

Customers can collect orders from:
Kruger Plastics – #47 Golden Gates Shopping Centre or
Kruger Plastics – Claridge Road at Peardale Manor

Delivery will provide Free Delivery to commercial establishments on New Providence and to inter-island freight vessels for orders of $150.00 or more.

Delivery orders of less than $150.00 will incur a $10.00 delivery charge.

New Providence

Orders confirmed before 10:00am are eligible for same day delivery.

Family Islands

After order confirmation, goods will be eligible for next day delivery or for next available sailing.

Note: Freight receiving schedules and vessel space availability vary tremendously, particularly immediately preceding public holidays. We recommend placing orders at least 72 hours before scheduled sailings during high volume times and we bear no responsibility for orders which are not shipped due to changes in vessel schedules.

Processing Time and Notifications

NOTIFICATION OF RECEIPT: All orders will be acknowledged by email upon receipt.

NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION: Orders will be processed, and a Notice of Confirmation which will include estimated pickup time, delivery time or shipping date will be emailed to the customer within 4 hours of receipt. In the event an order cannot be immediately confirmed for pickup, delivery or shipping, the customer will be advised of the delay and the reason.

If any changes or clarifications to delivery/shipping addresses need to be made, it is the customer’s responsibility to advise at this point. Any changes after the ‘out for delivery” notification will incur delivery charges.

READY FOR PICKUP NOTIFICATION: Customers will be notified when Pickup Orders are ready for collection.

OUT FOR DELIVERY NOTIFICATION: Customers will receive a notification once order has left the facility.

NOTICE OF DELIVERY: Customers will receive a Notice of Completion when order has been delivered.

If we are experiencing a higher-than-normal volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. You will be advised accordingly. We bear no responsibility for delays outside of our control.

SHIPPING COSTS is not responsible for any inter-island shipping costs. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


For delivery orders to mailboats, is not liable for any products damaged or lost once goods have been delivered to specified boat. If your order is received damaged, please contact the shipment carrier / boat operator to file a claim.

It would be useful to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
